Have you ever encountered a yard so bad you refused to crash it ????
While there likely are a few yards that are in so bad condition that the crasher shows pass them by, there are definitely many, many more yards that are passed over compared to those that do make it. The yards that get turned down don't make the cut for reasons that have nothing to do with the yard itself. While the project does have some impact on if a show is done there or not, more important is the homeowners demographic and appearance on camera. Other factors like the size of the yard, location to any background visuals or noise and the ability to find other projects in the same town will have a big impact on if a particular yard is chosen to crash.
"Here's my back yard. We have three generations of failed septic systems eroded to be on the surface. there are two cell towers in the middle, and a high-tension power line across the back. we live next to a maximum-security prison on the east, and a wilderness zone on the west that doesn't allow any noise or dust or mechanical equipment. Our house has been condemned, but we keep taking parts off the city's bulldozers so they can't knock it down. Matt. we need your help to fix it up!"
ahhhhh... no. go away. far away, and please get those scars on your face fixed......
sig: if this is a new economy, how come they still want my old-fashioned money?
