Anyone with experience with the Woodmaster planer/sander/molder? My own thickness sander does not work well, is a bit of a boat anchor and I'm considering replacing it.
I got half serious about getting a Woodmaster (I think these are the old Belsaws reincarnate) a year ago then realized the freight bill to this neck of the woods from Missouri was outrageously prohibitive. Further, I started to think that my observation / experience with multi-use machines (Shopsmith being the obvious example) is generally less than glorious.
It turns out that there is a Woodmaster for sale in my community. I've yet to convince myself to even go and look at it for fear of getting carried away with some immediate enthusiasm, only to regret the decision.
So, any perspectives would be great. The testimonials from the company video are just a little too 'wonderful' to be sight-unseen convincing.

I have no experience with the Woodmaster but a friend of mine has the Jet Molder-Planer and loves it. I would say the Woodmaster would be of about the same quality.
