Having viewed the site link in your last post I have not found any plans for the well-organized wall storage unit as viewed in Figure C. However, by view previous Figures I determined that it happens to be in David Marks' workshop located in Sonoma County, California.
At the bottom of the link you provided was a link to his own web site which I went to and have included the link below which may be of interest to you. On his own site is a link to his Contact page whereby you may email him and ask if plans for that unit are available. The link for this is also below.
