I'm a Greenhorn DIYer and I stripping off white paint and after I stripped off some of the white paint I found out that the white paint was a cover for blue paint. Now after stripping off both white and blue paint, I am getting a blue stain, I went back over it with the stripper, still there. Someone told me to bleach it. Does anyone know how to get this blue stain off?

try some swimming pool chlorine, it's 10 % chlorine, home chlorine is 5%, If that doesn't work, then try oxalic acid. It's a wood bleach that you should be able to get at a local paint store
