lagikalone, I did a quick search and couldn't find any plans for pub or bar style tables. The only real difference between a regular table and a pub/bar style table is the pub/bar style are higher because they use bar stools instead of regular chairs. A standard table is usually between 29" - 34" to accommodate a chair height of about 17"-22". The average pub style table height is about 42"-46" high to accommodate the higher bar stool heights of about 30"-34". So I would suggest checking out some sites like Free woodworking plans http://www.freeww.com/, finding a table that you like and just making the finished height between 42" & 46". You may actually want to get your bar stools first so you can see how tall yours are, so you know what finished height will be best for you (aprox 10"-13" higher then the seat top). Ideally you would want to choose a design that incorporates some stretchers or leg bracing, because this type of design will add to the stability of the higher table height. If your design uses turned legs and you don't turn or you have a problem finding legs long enough to use, you can always use newel posts or porch columns and cut them to the size you need.
But this is just my opinion, I hope it helps.
