Anybody interested in an immaculate 94 Eldo?? It's been garaged since birth & has a pristine interior. Pics are available upon request. 12879 miles !! There isn't much to restore on this classic. Thanxs; dgeeslin@hotmail.com
I agree, in the wrong forum.Cadillacs lose their money over time.Cadillac does it their way, there is GM and there is Cadillac which GM cannot do about.Does it have the Northstar? The Northstar is not a good engine and I know one auto wrecking yard owner that sells them very easily.

I agree with the others regarding your caddy not being a classic, classics are vehicles that are early 70's and older, vehicles not equipped with all the modern computer technology, electronic ignition, electronic fuel injection, and fuel management systems were not yet available back then, and thats what makes them classics... As far as the comment goes about the northstar motor not being a good motor, well he's just way wrong with his information, early on the northstar motor had some bugs to be worked out, but that was done by the mid 90's, his buddy with the wrecking yard, probably does'nt like cadillac's....many aftermarket sandrail builders use northstar motors in their buggies because of the horsepower they can produce, and there reliabilty and dependabilty..... It sounds like you have a really nice car, you just picked the wrong venue to sell it, you are limiting yourself on diy, very few people are looking for that new of a car on this board....I would recommend Craigslist, or Auto Trader, you should have better luck there...
The Northstar has headgasket problems and pulls the headbolt threads out of the block. They go to the main capsMy father once bought a 1998 Cadillac with the Northstar and took it back to the auction after replacing the transmission, headgaskets were out, white smoke coming out of the exhaust and was not going to put more money into it.
