A/C Repair A/C Repairs can be expensive, and they can be repetitive. Air Conditioning units are machines and machines have a definite life expectancy. Wear and tear from operation under adverse conditions such as high ambient temperatures, dirty power supply, and transient voltage spikes from lightning storms and power company equipment failures can dramatically shorten the life of you’re A/C unit, by causing damage to components and pushing the cost toward economic obsolescence. This message has been edited. He thinks he is really "hot"?

And apparently adept at copying ver batim and pretending the advice is his own. Apparently he doesn't know or care that this is copyright infringement if the site from which he plagiarizes is copyrighted (which most of them are). Check out his post under Breaker Upgrade and you'll notice an obvious difference in grammar and knowledge of English. So his "advice" has got to be compliments of someone else. This must be the time for spammers and trolls to come out of the woodwork, like the nasty mice who sneak out at night in the Nutcracker.

Just a thought? Conspiracy theory alert here!...what if these trolls are sending imbedded messages about drug cartel of controlled substances? Who would think to look under DIY message boards for hidden agendas or trafficing information. Or they have a whole lot of HOT/stolen air conditioners to fence.

We need some spamacide. joecaption

Sure is sad as DIY [or its mods] have done an excellent job of keeping the site SPAM free. One can always slip through for sure. "Why isn't everyday Earth Day ?"

Pretty lame how this guys even sucks at spamming.

I wonder if spammers get upset if they start a thread and lots of people respond with well worded, on-topic replies? Jaybee

last guy I traded info with said that filling your a/c unit with v1@gr@ was exactly the fix. I will go out on a limb here, way out... and say this spammer was just so hopelessly lame to post an a/c spam on the electrical board, that he probably can't turn the thermostat down to 65. I bet that fixes his "too little air" issue. sig: if this is a new economy, how come they still want my old-fashioned money?
