Ok- I posted similar electrical before; but this is diff'rnt; In my foyer of the apt, I have two- circular
incandescent lamps on the Ceiling. They work on a dimmer, and are on the same electrical line.
Now- I want to ADD A Wall/SCONCE and it is Halogen. normal, 110 or 115 volt. Question; Can my electrician
dig and find the existing wiring and channel-it to the wall for my new Sconce for the wall? OR : does the new Halogen sconce need wiring to come from the box? thx in advance ; Larry NYC

If I understand you correctly, why not just jump off the wiring in the light you have now? If there going to be using the same switch to control all of them.
