And you know the tank is ok how? May look fine on the outside but the rust out from the inside out, without a static test there's no way to know.
Lot's of places sell phase converters just beware a static converter will reduce the HP of the motor and are very prone to failure.
How do I know this? I used to sell and install machines in factorys. I also had to repair anything that was sold.
Check out MSC. They has both static and dynamic converters.

I've seen inside the tank rust free!!! So I'm stuck with how I'm getting power to this thing.
