        i am replacing ceiling fan with a fixed light, where ceiling fan was there is main black and white wires from electrical box, a black and white wires from light switch and another black and white wire going to a plug in outlet how do i hook them up

        You'll need a meter and to know how to use it. If not, then hire a handyman type to wire this for you.

        It's not difficult, but there are several different combinations as to how it was originally wired. Without the tools and ability to identify each wire, you are wasting your time and could get hurt.
