        The problem might be the small space he had to work with, but whatever. It's your place, if it were mine, I'd go ahead put up the fan, I could keep my eyes open if there starts to be any problems with it. Nice move on the testing by the way. But I would use a proper grommet for where the wire comes through the box, and add a metal ground to the box.
