Change faucet for kitchen hot water dispenser
I want to change the existing hot water dispenser faucet (only the above sink portion) to match a new kitchen sink faucet - going from chrome to oil-rubbed bronze. The hot water dispenser itself works perfectly. Is it possible to purchase a replacement, or would I have to purchase an entire new dispenser? If replacement is possible, does anyone have a source? Alternatively, is there a way to "resurface" the existing chrome to an oil-rubbed bronze facsimile? Thank you.

Just go buy a whole new one, and not it's not possible to refinish it and have it last.
It's about a 15 min. job to chage the whole thing.
Any plumbing supply, Lowes of HD sells them or can order one for you.

It really depends entirely on the company that makes your hot water dispenser. Contact them, if they have replacement parts, they may have a replacement trim package in an oil rubbed finish.

It's also possible that you may just have to buy a new entire unit in the finish you want.

Thank you both for your comments. Replacement parts are available only in black and white. Because new countertops are involved, I have decided to eliminate the hot water dispenser in this location and use elsewhere.
