Is there any product that can be purchased to mend holes in vinyl siding?

Why? Get a new piece of siding and replace the damaged one.

It's about a 15 min. job to replace the whole piece.
Why would you want a patch that's going to show?
May want to pick up one of these tools to unsnap and help pop it back in place.

I agree with both comments, but what about trying to match new with existing faded ?

If it's the exact same brand, so it will all match.
It sure will look better then some stuck on patch.
