I haven't sewn for a few years. A pattern for diaper bags requires hair canvas as interfacing. What is it?

It is a very, very stiff interfacing. It is a woven fabric, looks something like cross stitch evenweave fabric. It doesn't look like most interfacings. Your local fabric store should have it. Don't imagine Wal-Mart would. Hobby Lobby may have it.
