        Our renter is leaving and she was a heavy cigarette smoker. Any suggestions how we remove the smoke film from the walls before we paint?
        The film is quite heavy. Thanks

        Try Simple Green, Greased Lightning or TSP/90. If it's bad enough, it might be worth having the walls profesionally cleaned.
