Paint peeling from plaster

I have re-painted an interior wall of some new construction. The paint is peeling from all the plaster on the walls. The paint seems to stick to the wall, just not the plaster. This seems to be the case on the whole new addition to the house. How do you fix this problem without having to replace all the drywall?

I can't answer your question, but I can advise you not to post your e mail address on any open site such as this. You leave yourself wide open for spam or even worse, getting hacked, also, make up a name other than the one you use for any e mail. For instance, my name is not nona, but something else

If it's new construction then it's likely drywall, not plaster. Most common mistake is not cleaning off the drywall dust - this will be all over the walls but more highly concentrated in the areas with white drywall mud. Paint applied on top of the drywall dust will peel off.
