Any opinions, I have an archway/doorway between my dining room and family room. It is all sheet rocked, should I paint it white? The color of the dining room? Or...the color of the family room?

If the doorway is trimmed out, then paint it the color of other trim in the house. IF it's just finished drywall, then go with whatever of the two adjoining wall colors is more neutral.

I agree as pick one of the colors and go with that. Heck if you do not like the look try the other color as well. Not a lot of time or paint involved. Good luck. Big Grin
