Pinhole leak in kitchen tap spout shaft
Yes, about halfway along the shaft, on the underside. Can this little hole be soldered or otherwise plugged, or should I just replace the thing?

Thanks for any wisdom and/or advice.

Tap spout?
Got a picture?
If your talking about the spout from the base of the fixture to where the water comes out, time for a whole new faucet.

Can't imagine how that happened unless it's a fairly inexpensive faucet to begin with and was very thin.

Best fix would be to replace but odds are a tiny spot of JB weld (No - I don't make the stuff) would likely fill the hole.

and the next pinhole, and the next, and the next...

it's time to replace the fixture.

sig: if this is a new economy, how come they still want my old-fashioned money?
