        make a grahm cracker crust
        graham crackers
        1 teas cinnamon
        3 tabl brown sugar
        3 tabl butter
        filling
        2 lb cream cheese
        1 pt cream
        7 eggs
        1 1/2 cup sugar
        1 tbsp lemon juice
        2 tbsp flour
        2 teas vanilla

        in a bowl..add softened cream cheese, sugar,add beaten eggs, add heavy cream vanilla, flouir, lemon, mix after each item pour into your prepared crust
        bake 350 degrees for 65 minutes
        turn off oven and leave in oven for 2 hours
        if desired topping may be added

        this cheese is AWSOME....my families fav.
