Just finished drawing the tutorial for a Christmas Tree Charm, I used Swarovski crystals and beads, using the right angle weave beading technique.

        See the tutorial at: http://www.beadjewelrymaking.c...roject/november.html

        Happy Beading!

Not trying to start a problem with you Frodo, I like talking with you, but sometimes you do not have to get the kit to make the design. We use beads we already have (clasps and findings too) and some of the designs the kids can use plastic beads for so they can play too! I have looked at several of Beadangel's patterns and done that. Plus sometimes you can find a similar pattern. The technique can work with all kinds of beads sometimes and garage sale jewelery can produce many items for little $. Costume jewelery can work as well as the good stuff many times.
I feel bad the ones you got did not work for you, but some of us improvise here and get along very well. But I did buy a few ornament kits from the site a few years ago and they worked out well. I do understand your annoyance tho, no fun to make something cool and have it turn your skin colors.
Please don't be angry with me, I do like when she posts neat things like this.

You have made it right, Thank You! I do understand about the spam pirates tho, they get tiresome. Have a cup of cocoa(or beverage of your choice), relax a while, then go find some beads to make one of these tree charms to give away for Christmas...or not!!! Razz

The beaded tree looks beautiful and it has a real gorgeous look that the kids would love to see. I will definitely try to do such of a thing next Christmas.
