        I am looking for a program to use with windows 7. I was using adobe photo deluxe business.It came with a scanner I bought.It is very easy to use.But not compatible with win.7.I have tried a few but they don't do the same.Help

        Unfortunately, Adobe has replaced this photo editing software with Photoshop Elements.

        Or you can use GIMP, it's free.

        I like to use PicMonkey. I just use their freebies, but you can subscribe their 'premium package', if you want. It's great for the simple projects I do.

        I use Adobe Photoshop CS5 for Windows 7; this one is really good for photo editing.

        I think the best one for you is adobe Photoshop which will help you to do your task efficiently.

        What do you want to do?
        For simple fixes, blending scratches, cropping, readjusting tilt of horizon, red eye, color adjustment, and others. Picasa is a free download from Google, photo program. Simple to use "for anyone" and organizes all your images.
