How do you clean varnish from the shower wall???

What's the shower wall made of? If it's ceramic wall tiles, I'd just scrape off most of it with a razor scraper and then use a methylene cloride based paint stripper to remove the stuff in the recessed grout lines. Methylene chloride won't harm either glazed ceramic wall tiles or cement based grout. The paint stripper will remove any film forming grout sealer you have on top of that grout tho. This message has been edited. Last edited by: Nestor,

I just use a Magic Eraser, and then give a finishing wipe with vinegar and water. It's super easy.

I usually just use detergent liquid or powder soap and mix it with vinegar. Scrub and rinse with water.

I scrub the tiles with baking soda and rinse it with 1 part vinegar mixed with water.
