I recently moved into a house that has slate flooring in the foyer. The floor is around 30 years old. The grout used to be white, I'm thinking, but now it is very dirty. How do I clean the grout and slate floor at the same time? I WANT TO BRING THIS FLOOR BACK TO WHAT IT ONCE WAS...I know it can be beautiful again.
Do a key word search on the net on grout cleaning. Hundreds of sites come up. Some with home made formulers. Once it's cleaned the whole thing needs to be sealed, and will need resealing every year.
