Ok; I learned Marble Refinishing in 3 days; for my white calacatta marble dining table. the 3rd step was the SEALER; AND LAST, was the Carnuba 'type wax, to protect it. Now;- I've got residue of the carnuba was, in grooves, as if when I applied it with a scotch brite type applicater, (WHICH was recommended) Now I have a residue thin, almost greasy-ish that won't come off. What to do?! thx Larry NYC

I would try cleaning that greasy film off with Mr. Clean, Fantastik or any other general purpose cleaner you have kicking around the house.
If that doesn't work, go to any office supply store and try to buy some white board cleaner spray or liquid.
Since Bayer patented the first alkyd based polyurethane in 1956, "polyurethane" has replaced Carnauba wax as the clear coat of choice over hardwood floors. One company that still makes Carnauba wax finish for hardwood floors is a company called Trewax. A company called Beaumont Products Inc. makes a wax stripper which Trewax sells under the name Trewax Instant Wax Stripper and it's MSDS can be found here:
