Help someone. My darling son broke a glow stick on my brand new microfiber couch. I have a warranty but it dose not cover darling boys and glow sticks. I dont know what to use and they didn't know either. Its a non toxic one. I got most of it off, but I still know its there and I can see it. If anyone knows what I could use I would be so greatfull. Thank you

I did a bit of looking online and appearantly they are filled with something inside that you need to treat like an oil stain, to have any chance of removal.

So something that would clean your microfiber, and break down oils? There are many detergents, dish soaps and citrus based cleaning products also for use on fabrics, that would fall under this heading. What will work and not leave a stain of it's own, since you cannot put it in the washer....is the question.

So, I descovered a little while ago that baby wipes take out stains pretty good when your in a hurry. I tried it on the couch, figured they dont hurt by babys skin hopefully will work on the couch. It worked!!!! Granted when it first happened I got my spot lifter out (no formula in it) and soaked it with water and tried to suck up as much as I could. When its wet you cant see it. When it dried I could still see some green so I took a baby wipe after it and it worked!!!. Im sure its not totally gone but gone enough that you really have to look to see it. I might try some shout wipes next time, there wont be a problem with glow sticks again, there only allowed outside the house now. Thanks for the advise.

My sister swears by baby wipes for just about everything. That and WD-40. Never really thought about it a lot.

I work at Lenscrafters making glasses, I have a wonderful cotton knit top that I just love. The other day I got some lens marking ink on it (which is checkwriter ink). I tried Amodex on it and it didn't budge much. I think I will try the baby wipe.

Found out they work super on Fire Ant bites.

Since it contains hydrogin peroxide all the stain may not come out because the color in the fabric may have been removed.
