I bought a Larson storm door a few years back. 36" x 81". Unfortunately I did not measure the length of the current door. It turns out the door I was wanting to replace is a custom door, it measures 36" x 83". Is there anything out there that I can lengthen my new Larson door (extra long expander sweep) with so I could use the current door I have purchased. Can't take door back was a close out sale.

there is an extention sleeve that comes with some of Larson's doors and is availiable to fit to others that should take care of you. see the millwork/door guy at your yard or get on their website and contact them direct.

when you contact larson make sure you have the model name and serial # of the door. i have 2 larson doors and i love them they are very helpful if you have the information handy

Or just install a reguler sweep to the U shaped piece they send you with the door. Just an aluminum stip with a a rubber sweep built into it. I have one on my door and it works fine. No ordering and it was less then $5.00.This message has been edited. Last edited by: joecaption,
