mosternazAdnerson door with issues
I have an Anderson exterior door. It is a patio door with a fixed pane and the other side opens inward.
Facing the inside door, the latch is on the right and the hinges are on the left (custom order door).
The door isn't closing well and it appears that the bottom left of the door is dragging on the wood base of the door. On the outside, the hing side appears to bind in the middle of the hinge side. There is more of a gap on the outside at the top than at the bottom. This gap I'm referring to is where the face of the door touches the frame, not the reveal around it.
On the inside the gap at the top and at the right appear pretty much the same, nothing obvious.
There are hex adjusters at each hinge on where the hinge is mounted on the door. What do these do?
Warranty expires in two weeks, but doesn't include labor. I'd like to know how to adjust this door and make it functional again. Thanks

mosternazSo did a little more research and found instructions for adjusting hinges. Proceeded to do so only to find that one hinge is broken. And the latch isn't working. Got it adjusted enough to lock, so that is good. Glad it is under warranty!
