bathroom wall plaster crumbling
Hey, I live in a older house and it has plaster in the bathroom. with the shower in there the wall is just crumbling. I'm hoping for some help. Can the plaster be removed and would drywall be a better way to go? HELPPPP!... Thanks

when plaster (or drywall, if it's not waterproof )gets wet over a period of time it will crumble. Technically called "efflorescence "
You should remove it and install water resistant drywall, prime and paint

There should not be any plaster or sheetrock in the "wet" area if there's a shower.
Got any pictures you can post?
